Caldwell and Schwarz Brawl, League Suspends Them

Bryan Caldwell of Harrisburg and Justin Schwarz of Yonkers were the main participants in a recent bench-clearing brawl and today the league handed out its punishment. Caldwell will have to miss 3 games for his part in the brawl, while Schwarz was given 7 games. League officials announced their suspensions today.

This season Caldwell is batting .258 with 20 home runs.

This year Schwarz has 38 relief appearances with no saves, 4-2 season record and a 7.22 ERA. He has hurled 57.1 innings, given up 79 hits, struck out 36 and walked 33. Opposing clubs have batted .333 against the Yonkers reliever.
