Maddock of Arkansas SL Batter of the Month Monday, July 1st , 2052 At only 23 years of age, Doug Maddock could very well have many more months like this last one during his career. That would be great news for fans of the Arkansas Travelers, as June was one to remember for the left fielder and he has captured the Southern League Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .344 with 6 home runs, 21 RBIs and 23 runs scored. This season Maddock has hit at a .298 clip with 31 RBIs, 8 home runs and 37 runs scored. |
