Season Over for Lucas Deveney in Scranton Wednesday, June 12th , 2052 Lucas Deveney of the Dundies just might have to call it quits for the season. The 33-year-old Scranton starting pitcher received a possible season-ending injury against the Louisville Bats recently at Louisville Slugger Field. Deveney suffered a stretched elbow ligament while throwing a pitch. The Dundies medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 14 months. To this point in the season Deveney has no wins and no losses and a 2.35 ERA. |
