IL Player of the Week Selected Monday, April 29th , 2052 The votes have been tallied and the winner of the International League Player of the Week has been named. It was awarded earlier today to Vic Quiñones for his great week at the plate. The Charlotte second baseman took home the trophy by banging out 11 hits in 27 at-bats for a .407 batting average, driving in 9 runs and scoring 6 times. This season Quiñones has hit at a .299 clip and produced 12 RBI, 6 home runs and 11 runs. |
