WEST Star of the Week Chosen Monday, April 15th , 2052 Swinging a hot stick last week, Apolo Tussey picked up the Western Region Player of the Week Award today. The 30-year-old third baseman for Fresno lashed 10 hits in 26 at-bats as he put together a .385 average with 5 home runs. Tussey also drove in 10 runs, scored 6 times and compiled a .407 OBP. |
