Braves Heading to Division Championship Series Monday, October 9th, 2023 The Atlanta Braves are off to the Division Championship Series. By a final score of 4-1 at SunTrust Park, Atlanta ended the Division Wild Card Series and knocked out the Baltimore Orioles by a series score of 3-1. "Two great teams, only one can go on and we're happy that's us," said Mario Espinosa, who was named series MVP. "There's no easy games, no easy series in the Skyline Baseball League playoffs." For the series, Espinosa hit .647 with a .667 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 3 RBI and scored 3 runs. The Atlanta Braves will play against the Miami Marlins in the next round.
