Ruckus Reaps 2-Game Suspensions Saturday, October 6th , 2063 Hot tempers flared and a few punches were thrown at the Las Vegas and Arizona game yesterday and ended up with two players ejected. Scotty Field of the Knights and Alfred Jimenez of the Diamondbacks have now been reprimanded and issued 2-game suspensions by the league commissioner for their parts in the fracas. For the season, Field is hitting .302, batted in 127 runs with 38 home runs and 104 runs scored. This season, he has made 70 relief appearances, collecting 10 saves. Jimenez has worked 124 innings, yielding 104 hits and giving out 22 free passes while striking out 112. He has a 7-5 record with a 2.83 ERA. |
