Boston-Kansas City Fight Results in Suspensions Tuesday, July 6th, 2027 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Boston-Kansas City contest at Fenway Park. The Red Sox John Scott and the Royals Jimmy Jackson will have to sit out 4 and 8 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. So far this season Scott is batting .193 with 8 home runs. Looking at his pitching stats this season, Jackson has made 23 relief appearances, pitched 32.1 innings and fashioned a 1-1 record with a 5.01 ERA. He has recorded 1 save, struck out 47 and allowed opposing clubs to hit .197 when he is on the hill. |
