Jonathan McLean Top WEST Hurler Thursday, November 22nd , 2046 The Colorado Rockies have a rising superstar or maybe even a budding Hall-of-Famer in the making. It's Jonathan McLean, this year's Western Region Pitcher of the Year selection. This blossoming hurler wowed fans, peers and sportswriters with a fabulous performance. McLean compiled a 22-8 record in 35 starts, tallied 303 strikeouts in 250.1 innings and recorded a 2.80 ERA. Other clubs managed only a .208 batting average against him. Murray Yallop of the San Francisco Giants finished second in voting, while Kason Faucher of the Seattle Mariners finished third. |
