Karl Gone for Season in Minnesota Friday, August 24th , 2029 Lee Karl will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Minnesota reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Karl was injured while throwing a pitch in the Twins-Blue Jays clash at Target Field recently. Doctors said he has a torn labrum and would be out a minimum of 7 months. So far this year Karl has been credited with 1 save, registered a 2.62 ERA and struck out 57 in 58.1 innings. He also has a 3-0 record. |
