WEST Awards Player of the Week Monday, August 13th , 2029 Western Region pitchers tried and tried all week long to stop Gabe Sandoval, but to no avail. His eyes would light up when he came to the plate and he hit everything in sight, batting .414 for the week to win the WEST Player of the Week Award. The Chicago left fielder cracked 12 hits in 29 at-bats, 4 home runs, drove in 9 runs and scored 8 times. For the year Sandoval is batting .354 with 172 hits and 37 home runs. He has scored 86 times and driven in 106. |
