Jordan Neris Hurt, Out for Year Friday, May 1st , 2037 Jordan Neris is doubtful to make the playoffs this year, according to sources within the Vancouver organization. Although the injury was initially thought to be not serious, tests have revealed the player will be out up to 6-7 months with a torn posterior cruciate ligament. The 27-year-old first baseman suffered the injury running the bases in a recent game against the Oakland Athletics. For the year Neris has hit .346 with no home runs, 5 RBIs and scored 15 runs. |
