Rehab Road Tough For Orioles Mike Hughes Sunday, June 23rd, 2019 The Baltimore Orioles announced today that Mike Hughes would be missing for longer than expected as the 33-year-old starting pitcher recovers from biceps tendinitis. "Mike had been working out with the team recently, but felt some discomfort yesterday," the Orioles GM explained to the press. "After re-examining the injury, the team's medical staff decided that Hughes would need extra time to heal. Their estimate is 5 days more recovery time." For the season Hughes has compiled a 10-0 record with a 2.44 ERA. |
