Toronto Trades Mastroeni for Arizona's Bold Monday, June 10th, 2019 Toronto and Arizona have agreed in principle to a trade. The Blue Jays will send 22-year-old minor league CF Aaron Mastroeni, 23-year-old minor league CF Matt Ragsdale and a 6th round draft pick to the Diamondbacks for 29-year-old RHP Jeff Bold. The deal is expected to be finalized shortly and the clubs will be introducing their new players to the press when the paperwork is complete. Arizona will retain a portion of Bold's remaining contract. Bold has 21 relief appearances this season with 10 saves. Bold has also compiled a 1-1 won-lost mark with a 2.21 ERA. In 20.1 innings he has fanned 16. |
