Big Day with Bat: Pries 5-for-7 Saturday, May 18th, 2019 It seemed that Houston right fielder Cody Pries could do no wrong as the Astros KO'd the White Sox, 17-10 today. Pries rapped out 5 hits in 7 at-bats and seemed to know which pitches White Sox hurlers were throwing. "I think the Astros were stealing signs," growled one unhappy Chicago fan after the game. "I just felt good today. I saw the ball well and just wanted to make good contact and put the ball in play," said the jubilant Pries in the postgame press interview. Cody Pries doubled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 4th, singled in the 5th, grounded out in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th.
