Busso Voted September's Rookie Award Thursday, October 1st , 2054 Hugo Busso earned September's Rookie of the Month honors in the Western Region for last month's performance. The boyish Texas first baseman might be wet behind the ears, but he's proving that he has what it takes to play at this level. Busso hit .267 with 8 home runs, 16 RBIs and 23 runs scored this past month on his way to winning the award. Busso is hitting .287 this season with 18 home runs, 37 RBIs and 47 runs scored. He has 66 hits in 230 at-bats. |
