WEST Star of the Week Honored Monday, May 16th , 2044 Britt Lane went on a week-long hitting streak against Western Region pitchers and captured the Player of the Week honors. The Vancouver left fielder battered the opposition for 12 hits, 5 home runs, 10 RBIs and scored 10 runs. He hit .429 and posted a .433 on-base percentage. Lane is hitting .333 so far this season with 18 RBIs and 14 runs scored. He has 28 hits including 6 home runs, 5 walks and .367 OBP. |
