The Kannapolis Intimidators and starting pitcher B.J. Herbert stifled the Lakewood offense en route to a comfortable 8-2 win at Lake Olmstead Stadium. Herbert picked up the win for Kannapolis, going 7 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 7-3. Matt Holmes notched his 12th save of the season.
