Drive Walk It Off for 35th Win of Season
The Greenville Drive downed the Columbia Fireflies, 5-4, at Fluor Field at the West End. The Drive were led by Abel Carbajal. Carbajal went 2 for 2 with a double and a walk, while scoring 2. Greenville is now 35-32.

The decisive blow was delivered by Elijah Yancey in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a solo home run off 21-year old left-handed pitcher Mesquite Glaze to win the game for Greenville. The home crowd went nuts.

"This place went bonkers," Carbajal said.
