Columbus Catfish starter Warren Sutton turned in a top-notch performance against the West Virginia Power at Progressive Field. The result was a win for the Catfish, 4-0. Sutton got the win, improving to 6-1. He gave up 5 hits and walked 1 over 6 innings. He allowed no runs. Earning his 1st save for Columbus was Myles Pierre.

Dylan Greer went 1 for 3 with a walk. He drove in 2 runs for Columbus. The 23-year old second baseman had a key at-bat in the bottom of the third. With two out and the bases loaded, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring walk off Guillermo Ramos. It was his 17th walk of the season.

"There's a lot of good karma around our club," said winning manager Francisco Avalos.

The Catfish, at 42-23, sit in second place in the South Atlantic League Northwest Division.
