Guzman Delivers Walk-Off Win for Power
The West Virginia Power got a strong performance from pitcher Alberto Parra, who stymied the Greenville offense en route to a win, 3-2, at Appalachian Power Park. Jeremiah McGarth picked up the win in relief for West Virginia, while Alex Frandsen took the loss. The losses continue to pile up for Greenville, which has now fallen 21 times in a row.

The Power procured the win, in large part because of catcher Dámaso Guzman. In the bottom of the 11th, he produced the game-winning run-scoring single.

"We missed opportunities once again," said losing manager Tim Fox.
