Drive Take Nail-Biter Over Braves
The Greenville Drive beat the Rome Braves, 8-7, in 10 innings at Fluor Field at the West End. Juan Hernández, in particular, was impressive. He was 2 for 5 with 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. The last-place Drive now have a record of 13-26.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With no one out, Hernández hit a fastball from Gabriel Cain for a solo home run. The Drive, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

Drive manager E.J. Boggan wasn't all too pleased, despite the win, telling reporters that the performance highlighted some clear areas for improvement moving forward. He refused to be more specific, however. "I'm not gonna publicize our weaknesses," he said. "That stuff stays in the clubhouse."
