Delgado Helps Suns Win, 15-4, with Pair of Homers
The Hagerstown Suns soundly defeated the Hickory Crawdads, 15-4, at L.P. Frans Stadium, with shortstop Sidney Delgado a major reason why. He hit 2 home runs, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 5 for Hagerstown. Jackson Bennett got credit for the win, improving to 1-0. He allowed 1 run on 2 hits in 3.1 innings. With the win, Hagerstown improves its record to 2-0.

Hagerstown designated hitter Warren Collins contributed a timely at-bat in the top of the third. With two down, he hit a slider to center field for a 2-run single. It was his 3rd hit of the season and put the Suns ahead, 4-1.
