Sabin hits 2 home runs to Power TinCaps Offense
Not everyone stuck through the 69-minute rain delay, but those who did went home happy.

Riding the 2-hit performance of the 24-year old center fielder Brent Sabin, the Fort Wayne TinCaps stopped the Lake County Captains, 6-1. Donte Ray notched his 2nd save in 3 chances.

With Fort Wayne leading 1-0 in the bottom of the fourth, Sabin hit a sinker from James Guarino for a 2-run home run. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the TinCaps ahead, 3-0.

"I don't feel you win baseball games by working harder than the other team or 'wanting it more,'" Sabin told the Fort Wayne Observer. "You win just by scoring more runs."

The TinCaps saw their record improve to 30-84.
