The Ames Sod Poodles got a good effort from starter Mason White in defeating the Madison Muskies at Muskies Ballpark. The final score was 3-2. White, now 6-0, was the winner. Nicholas Dewbre, the 23-year old center fielder , had a direct impact on the outcome. Dewbre contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the first inning to put Ames up, 2-0.
