The St. Louis Cardinals went down to defeat to Kurt Faur and his Baltimore teammates. The final score was 4-1, in favor of the Orioles. In 6.2 innings, Faur surrendered 7 hits, while striking out 4 and walking 1. He allowed 1 run. Stan Wilson earned the save for Baltimore, his 4th.
