Cascades Coast, Harris Goes to 2-0
The Vancouver Cascades picked up a win at Royal Port Stadium, taking down the Portland Hops, 13-0. Starting pitcher Dewitt Harris was a big reason why. The win gives Vancouver a record of 4-3.

It was a masterful performance from the popular Harris, who notched 8 strikeouts in 8 innings while allowing 1 hit. Harris, who finished 4th in the WEST in innings pitched with 218.2 last year, goes to 2-0 on the year with 13 strikeouts.

"You work hard, day in and day out, hoping to give the fans something to cheer about. Today was a good day," Harris told the Vancouver Gazette.
