Good production from third baseman Steve Ocampo helped the Glendale Gauchos topple the Kingman Torts, 6-4. Ocampo went 2 for 3 with 2 singles and 2 walks, while scoring 3 runs for the Gauchos. The Gauchos have an impressive 21-13 record.

The game was at a stalemate until catcher Rigo Silva came to bat in the top of the eighth. Facing Kingman pitcher Patrick Talley, he hit a 1-2 fastball for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Glendale on top, 5-4.

"I still think this team can play even better," Ocampo told the Glendale Daily.
