The 2052 season is getting uglier for Portland.

The Yonkers Dark Knights took Portland pitcher Titus Darrah's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Gunslingers Ballpark. The final score had Yonkers getting past the Sea Dogs, 5-1. Darrah went 5 innings and allowed 3 runs, striking out 3. Leeroy Watson finished the game for Yonkers and earned his 7th save.

Jaxson Daniels, who leads the EL with a .663 slugging percentage, aided the Yonkers cause with a run-scoring ground out in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, the left fielder went 1-4 with a double.

"Everyone's kind of edgy right now," said losing manager Manny Garcia, "but nothing a couple of wins wouldn't cure."

The loss drops the Sea Dogs to 7-18.
