A good time was had by all at Camelback Ranch, where the Sierra Vista Hummingbirds and Gilbert Geckos tangled.
The Gilbert Geckos called upon starter Todd Smith, and he delivered, leading his team to victory over the Sierra Vista Hummingbirds, 3-2. The winner was Smith. He threw 6.1 innings allowing 2 runs. The loser was Donaldo Recoba.
