Binghamton Slaps 6-4 Loss on Lincoln
The Lincoln Bighorns got a sterling performance from third baseman Ramón Sonora, but the Binghamton Rumble Ponies still prevailed, 6-4. Sonora went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Binghamton reliever Kevin Laraway was the winner. His record is now 1-0. Doug Boley took the loss. The save was credited to Nate Dunn, his 3rd.

Binghamton got a lift in the bottom of the seventh from center fielder Ricky Jager, who hit a fastball to left for a 2-run double. His 5th double of the season put the Rumble Ponies up, 6-4.

Binghamton manager Zane Tharp called it "a good, solid win."
