The Lincoln Bighorns picked up a win at ONEOK Field, taking down the Altoona Curve, 6-1. Starting pitcher Yaniel Suero was a big reason why. Suero went 8 innings to notch the win. He scattered 9 hits, walked 0, and struck out 6. His record improves to 3-0. The win gives Lincoln a record of 13-5.

The Bighorns got a lift from catcher Gary Feliciano, who in the bottom of the second hit a run-scoring triple. His 1st triple of the season put the Bighorns on top, 2-0.

"Yaniel was throwing strikes, locating well," said Lincoln manager Brian Doyle.
