The New Hampshire Fisher Cats had no problem beating the Halifax Frigates, 11-1, at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium. Yonal Vicente led the onslaught. He was 4-5 with 4 singles. He scored 2 times for New Hampshire. The save was credited to Courtney McQuesten, his 2nd. Halifax is now 9-11.

The Fisher Cats got an important contribution from designated hitter Bill Allen, who in the bottom of the third knocked a 1-0 fastball to left for a 2-run double. It was his 4th double of the season and put the Fisher Cats ahead, 4-1.

"It was full throttle on our side," said Vicente.
