Northwest Arkansas Falters Again, Loses, 4-1, to Shreveport
|
Shreveport turned a good effort from starter Roldan Donzelli into a win over the Northwest Arkansas Naturals at Engineers Ballpark. The final score was 4-1. Donzelli got the win, improving to 11-3. He gave up 3 hits and walked 1 over 6 innings. He allowed 1 run. The losses continue to add up for Northwest Arkansas, having now dropped 11 straight.
Billy Kline chipped in a solo home run for Shreveport in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, the center fielder had 3 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 2 singles, 2 runs scored, and 1 run batted in.
