Lincoln Bighorns starter B.J. Jonas hurled his team past the Lancaster Barnstormers, 5-2. The winner was Christian Brazis in relief. His record improves to 3-0. Colt Moeller took the loss. Bentley Jones earned the save, his 1st.

Lincoln used the clutch hitting of Matt Weber to capture the win. The left fielder drilled a run-scoring double in the top of the tenth inning to give the Bighorns the lead, 3-2. For the game, Weber had 1 single and 1 double in 5 at-bats.

"Enjoyed this one," Weber told the Lincoln Times. "But it's back to work tomorrow."

Early on, the Bighorns, at 11-4, have played an impressive brand of baseball.
