The performance of Russ Lehr proved critical in helping Alexandria beat Chattanooga, 8-5. The Aces designated hitter went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 5. Alexandria reliever Albert Herrera was the winner. His record is now 1-0. Daryl Lewis took the loss. Nicolas Mendoza earned the save for Alexandria, his 8th of the year.

In the bottom of the eighth, the Aces grabbed the lead when Lehr hit his 3rd home run of the season. The grand slam home run off Daryl Lewis made it 8-5, Alexandria.
