Behind the hitting of Ken Renda, the Erie SeaWolves defeated the Lincoln Bighorns, 8-4. Renda slugged 2 home runs, while scoring 4 runs and driving in 4 for the SeaWolves. The 7th-place SeaWolves lifted their record to 58-77.

The SeaWolves took advantage of an error in the top of the third inning. Erie was leading 2-0 when Cameron Ray hit a run-scoring single that was misplayed. It put the SeaWolves in front, 3-0.
