Bighorns Suffer 5-4 Setback
The Erie SeaWolves overcame a good performance by Lincoln left fielder Fernando Portal to knock off Lincoln, 5-4, at ONEOK Field. Portal was 2-3 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Aiden Alcantar earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 1.1 innings. His record is now 3-3. Albert Broughton picked up the save for Erie, his 25th of the year.

Rodney Diallo aided the Erie cause with a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh. For the game, the left fielder was 1-3 with a hit by pitch.

"We'll kick back tonight and enjoy this win," said Diallo.

Erie's record now stands at 56-77, placing them 8th in the Eastern League Southwest Division.
