Tom Neal was brilliant in helping Halifax beat the Portland Sea Dogs, 3-0. Trent Liebowitz recorded the save for Halifax, his 7th of the season. With the win, Halifax goes to 61-75, while the Sea Dogs fall to 62-74.
Neal dominated for Halifax, raising his record to 2-4. Portland hitters had few good at-bats against the right-hander, who scattered 1 hit over 8 innings while striking out 9.
