In a low-scoring contest between the Lincoln Bighorns and the Somerset Patriots, 22-year old right-handed pitcher Bruno Hall proved to be the difference. The Lincoln right-hander earned props for his performance in the 3-0 Bighorns win. Lincoln, now 7-1, is setting the league on fire so far.

Hall, who dominated for Lincoln, earned the victory to move to 1-0. He was in control the whole game, scattering 3 hits over 7.1 innings, while striking out 6. Somerset batters could never bunch up enough hits to produce a rally.

"Nothing fazes Bruno," said Lincoln manager Scott Edwards.
