Slumping Sea Dogs Lose Again
Getting an impressive start from Gabriel Jones, New Hampshire beat Portland by the score of 6-2. Portland is in the throes of a long losing streak, which is now 9 games.

New Hampshire took control in the top of the seventh. With one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, Juan Alfonso hit a run-scoring single to make it 2-1, Fisher Cats.

"Losing makes me cranky," said Portland manager Matt Aguirre. "And right now there's a big black storm cloud above my head."
