Lancaster Rallies for 7-5 Win
A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Lancaster Barnstormers and Akron RubberDucks.

The Lancaster Barnstormers defeated the Akron RubberDucks, 7-5, in 10 innings. Doing his part was left fielder Anthony Smith, who went 1 for 1 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Jarek Walker, who is tied for 4th in the EL in saves with 23, was the winner in relief. His record is now 6-7. The losing pitcher was Raymond Darwin. The save was credited to Marco Guevara, his 1st.

Lancaster relied on the hitting of Walker Stevens to pick up the win. The designated hitter ripped a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Barnstormers on top, 6-5. For the game, Stevens had 1 triple and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
