The Lancaster Barnstormers used an offensive barrage to beat the Gateway Grizzlies, 11-0, at FirstEnergy Stadium. Kevin Canseco led the way, going 4-for-4 for Lancaster. Reginald Farias got the win, improving to 8-6. He pitched 5.1 innings, giving up 5 hits and no runs, while striking out 8 and walking 1. The triumph puts Lancaster at 71-52 for the season.

B.J. Richards had a big grand slam home run for the Barnstormers in the bottom of the second inning. With Lancaster leading 2-0 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from Brandon Kaminsky and swatted a home run to right. It was his 10th home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the Barnstormers ahead, 6-0.

Gateway manager Elijah Holmes called the blowout loss "a real bummer."
