Sea Dogs Hang 5-4 Loss on SeaWolves
|
Erie pinch hitter Logan Roberson was sensational. He was 1 for 1 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once, but it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Portland beat the SeaWolves, 5-4. Earning his 21st save for Portland was Jimmy Ge. Erie has now lost 4 consecutive games.
The Sea Dogs got a big at-bat from left fielder Ryan Dausch. For the game, Dausch was 1-4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the fifth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 6th home run of the season gave Portland a 5-4 lead.
