The timely hitting of Sebastian Ceja helped the Altoona Curve take down the Binghamton Rumble Ponies, 11-8, in 10 innings. Ceja hit 2 home runs. He scored 3 times and drove in 4 for the Curve. Altoona pitcher Gabe Freeman got the win. He's now 8-1. Bret Taveras was tagged with the loss. Altoona raised its record to 74-44 with the win.

Ruben Montano drove in one run for Altoona. The 24-year old center fielder had a key at-bat in the top of the tenth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 8-8 tie with a run-scoring hit-by-pitch off Bret Taveras. It was his 4th RBI of the season.

"You start putting runs on the board and winning, everyone's going to get excited," said Ceja.
