Right-hander Leo Morey mesmerized the Binghamton Rumble Ponies while leading the Bowie Baysox to a 1-0 victory. Phil Gilbert, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 26th save. The Baysox move to 63-54 with the win, while the Rumble Ponies drop to 66-51.

Morey earned the win, going 8 strong innings for Bowie. The right-hander allowed just 1 hit, while striking out 8. Binghamton hitters had little success against him.

"We did just enough to win," Morey said.
