Emiliano Espinoza got the glory and the headlines, but the Portland Sea Dogs left with the win. The Hartford right fielder easily handled the Sea Dogs pitching, going 5-for-5, but his Hartford Yard Goats came out on the short end of the 10-7 score.

Espinoza told BNN reporters in the postgame interview he would happily trade "three or four" of his hits for a win.

"Heck, maybe even all of them," he said with a laugh. "Right now, it just seems like one loss in a long season but who knows what it could mean at the end."

Emiliano Espinoza hit a two-run home run off Riley Sawyer in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.

Espinoza is hitting .281 this year with 14 home runs and 45 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .357, 31 walks and scored 39 times.
