Grant Helps Bighorns Win, 6-3, with Pair of Homers
The Lincoln Bighorns cut down the Yonkers Dark Knights by the score of 6-3, with the largest share of the credit going to second baseman Woody Grant. Grant slugged 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Bighorns. Jon Kilbarger earned the save for Lincoln, his 13th. The loss makes Yonkers 48-57.

Grant had a game-changing home run in the top of the sixth. On a 0-1 sinker from Kent Buchanan, he banged a solo home run to right, giving the Bighorns a 3-2 lead. It was the 2nd home run of the year for Grant.

"This was a total team effort," said Grant.
