The Wichita Pilots outlasted the Quebec Metros, 7-4, in 11 innings. Wichita first baseman Jason Wheeler stood out with his performance. He was 4 for 6 with 2 doubles and 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Wichita is now 52-53, while Quebec is 49-56.

Wichita got a knockout punch from Téo Cardeñas. The designated hitter hammered a 3-run home run in the bottom of the 11th inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.
