The Somerset Patriots defeated the Hartford Yard Goats, 9-5, at Arm & Hammer Park. Conner McNeely was a standout performer for Somerset. His 3 hits included 2 singles and 1 double -- this in addition to the 1 run he scored and 2 he knocked in. At 6-2, the Patriots have played well so far.
